What is your cancellation and late Policy? I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you no show or fail to call within 24 hours of your appointment, I will keep your hold fee $20 or NOT honor the same sale deal that you booked. People redeeming old coupons/ groupons who no show, or do not call within 24 hours of their appointment, will be redeemed as a no show, no exceptions/ please call Groupon.
I keep new clients credit card info on file for no shows/ reschedules and people who do not adhere to the 24 hour cancellation policy on this website. The $20 hold fee WILL be applied toward your service, during your kept appointment. I am providing some of these services at a seriously discounted rate and someone else could be using/ want your spot. I apologize to my clients who already adhere to these policies. Too many people are abusing the specials. Thank you and be good to each other!
Late Policy: If you are going to be over 15 minutes late, I apologize; however, I will have to reschedule as to not make the next person wait. In the event that I have to cancel ON YOU.... or reschedule your appointment later than 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a gift credit or a longer session/services for your trouble (and please feel free to remind me if I forget).
Inclement weather? If there are dangerous roads, I don't want you to get hurt, please call to reschedule if needed.
Can you schedule multiple people at once? No, I currently can not. Also, I can not accommodate two people.
How do I redeem a GROUPON or coupon? Will you redeem an expired coupon? Yes, You must pay the difference; although the paid value still applies. Please call me and have your voucher bar code number ready 405.818.8377
How much should I tip?
Gratuity is always welcomed! ESPECIALLY on discounted and coupon services. Most Spas suggest to tip 15%- 20% on full price of service and depending on your satisfaction. If you are on a budget and cannot tip, writing a positive review online or referring other clients, is always appreciated!!
Do you work on men? Do you men with facial hair? Yes!! Of Course! They need relaxing skincare services too!
Do you work on kids/ teens? Sure, they must be accompanied by an adult. All body treatments require swimsuits.
Do you accept credit cards? Yes; although, I prefer cash or check. There is a $2.50 dollar charge per CC transaction on any discounted services.
What products do you use? I tend to stick with all natural and organic lines ONLY! I have seen too many bad reactions from chemical laden products.
I have a cold or have recently been exposed to a Virus, Staph MRSA, bacterial infection-like strep throat, cold sore, pink eye or any highly acute contagious disease, can I still keep our appointment? I work with other people and could possibly pass it on to them and their families. Please stay home and get well!
